Know a company with 10 or more drivers or vehicles? Introduce PillowFlow. When a new, qualified fleet lead reaches a verified program milestone, you earn the corresponding reward.
Qualified fleet lead
A useful introduction has four essentials.
The company must be real, reachable, relevant to PillowFlow, and new to our active sales process.
Verifiable operation
A legitimate organization with a working website or other identifiable business presence.
Relevant decision-maker
A manager or leader connected to fleet operations, safety, HR, procurement, or driver programs.
Reason to evaluate
A credible interest in driver comfort, pilot testing, retention, or the day-to-day seat experience.
Fleet referral rewards
One lead. Clear milestone totals.
The amount shown is the total reward earned when that stage is verified. Milestone amounts are not stacked.

The fleet path is preselected. Use accurate business contact details and explain why the company may be a practical fit for PillowFlow.
Submitting opens a prepared email to connect@pillowflow.com. Review and send that email to complete the referral.
Program rules
Clear, fair, and claim-safe.
Lead and reward rules
- The lead must be new to PillowFlow’s active referral or sales pipeline.
- Duplicate leads are credited to the first accepted referrer.
- Self-referrals, fabricated contacts, purchased lists, impersonation, and spam do not qualify.
- Paid-pilot and order rewards require verified payment and completion of applicable refund or cancellation periods.
- PillowFlow may reject unqualified, unreachable, misleading, or fraudulent submissions.
Responsible product language
- PillowFlow is an ergonomic thigh-support device, not a medical device.
- Do not claim that PillowFlow cures, treats, prevents, or relieves pain or a medical condition.
- Do not promise safety, retention, productivity, or health outcomes.
- Describe a fleet pilot as an evaluation, not proof of a product or business result.
- Submit only business contact information you are permitted to share.
